How do you enable FTP drag-and-drop in the Internet Explorer?

When using FTP to transfer files to and from a Guidance controller, it is often most convenient to drag-and-drop files.  Drag-and-drop automatically senses the type of file being transferred, so you do not have to be concerned about whether the file needs to be transferred in binary or text mode.  If you are using the FTP client software within the Microsoft Internet Explorer but are unable to drag-and-drop, you may need to enable the "Folder view" display.

1. Launch Internet Explorer on your PC.
2. Open "Internet Options..." under the "Tools" menu bar.
3. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
4. Enable the "Enable folder view for FTP sites" check box.
5. Click "Ok".
6. Redisplay the controller disk folder.
