There are normally 12 general purpose digital input and 8 output signals built into the controller. This panel provides a display of the status of these standard digital I/O signals. This panel also allows you to force the values for both input and output signals to a particular state.

Force control panel | This panel provides an interface to allow you to force a signal on or off. The forced signal will stay in effect until you clear the force condition or you re-boot the controller. So, the forced state will not be altered by a GPL project that sets an output value or external equipment that alters an input signal. To force a signal, click on the desired signal icon followed by one of the force buttons. Remember to "Clear Force" to resume normal operations. |
