This series of parameter database items have been set aside for use by the manufacturer of the robot to store custom calibration data and test results. It is expected that factory test data, such as robot repeatability information, which is not needed by GPL, will be stored in these values to allow this information to travel with the robot.
These DataID's consists of a series of strings each of which is followed
by an array of MAX_AXIS (12) double precision numbers. These pairs
of data can be used for storing any type of information. However,
we imagined that the string could be utilized to label the numerical
values stored in the double precision array.
These strings and variables can be written to and read by the standard web pages. These values are also fully accessible from a GPL program via the Controller.PDb and Controller.PDbNum properties. Once the controller is booted, the operating system never automatically alters any of these values.
The values of these variables are stored in the calibration data file, calibNN.pac .
