Amplifier - Hall-Effect Sensor Dynamic Variables

ID Label Type #Val Min Max Attr Description

12750

Hall-effect data per dedicated DIN's

Int32

RO

When the axis is setup to use a Hall-effect sensor, this DataID reflects the raw Hall-effect sensor reading, which ranges between 1 and 6.

Commutation reference status

Uint16

RO

This status word reflects the status of the internal commutation reference setup process. Refer to the following bit maps:

    bit 0 - (PAF) initiate auto-ranging operation
bit 1 - (PAF) initiate fine search
    bit 2:7 - (PAF, reserved)
bit 8 - (Index) ready to adjust commutation reference
bit 9 - (Index) commutation reference adjustment failed
bit 10 - (Index) commutation reference adjustment completed
bit 11 - (Hall) ready to adjust commutation reference
bit 12 - (Hall) commutation reference adjustment failed.  This indicates that the adjustment attempted to change the commutation reference angle by more than 60 electrical degrees (35 degrees in GPL 3.0 and earlier).  The adjustment was rejected since it was too inconsistent with the initial value set by the hall sensor reading.
    bit 13:15 - (reserved)
