If you are configuring a Guidance Controller and integrating it with a robot for the first time, you should be aware that as shipped, the Guidance Controller does not have a set of parameter database files on the flash disk. In addition, the "/config" flash disk directory may not exist.
When such a controller is booted, it searches for the parameter database files and will generate error messages indicating that these files can not be found. If you do not have copies of the parameter database files that you produced for a previously configured system, you should go to the web Operator Interface, select the Setup tab, and press the button to save all in-memory database contents to the flash disk files. This will automatically generate the /config directory and an initial copy of all of the parameter database files with default values for each parameter. The next time that the system is restarted, these initial copies of the parameter database files will automatically be loaded into the system.
